Azolla sp merupakan tanaman yg serbaguna dan sangat bermanfaat bagi petani, banyak media digunakan untuk pertumbuhannya memberikan hasil mememuaskan, tetapi belum dapat diketahui mana terbaik sp. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tumbuh dari jenis IRRI, pupuk NPK, kandang ayam, kambing, sapi pada pertumbuhan mycropylla pinnata, pH , Kandungan C-Organik Kadar N microphylla pinnata. menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan daua faktor perlakuan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama 2 (Azolla pinnata), kedua 5 (media kambing sapi). Media adalah mycrophylla ayam. Parameter yang diukur berat basah biomassa sp, laju relatif, pH, C-Organik, N. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar rataan tertinggi terdapat A1 yaitu microphylla, serta kombinasi A1M3
